New Ribbed Laminate Furniture added to the Combloc Division Lineup!

The newest additions to the JMAC Customs’ Combloc Division are here! We’ve now added a ribbed version of our birch laminate AK Pistol Grip and TAB Handstop. These share the same profile and finish with our previously released laminate AK Pistol Grips and TAB Handstops, however we’ve decided to offer a ribbed version for additional texture and aesthetic. 

The Ribbed Pistol Grip and Handstop are crafted from birch laminate, which is the same material used on original Russian Kalashnikov furniture. We’ve maintained the modern reduced-angled grip from our PG-AK Pistol Grip, which improves the grip and control when compared to original wood AK furniture.

The Ribbed Handstop shares the same design and profile with our aluminum TAB-MLOK (Tactile Accessory Boss), which provides the shooter with a forward gripping surface to drive their firearm onto target during rapid fire or target transitions. It features a reduced angle to minimize fatigue and a short overall profile to reduce weight and the potential for snagging. It can be flipped in either direction depending on the user’s preferences and uses one M-LOK slot.

Both the Ribbed Pistol Grip and Handstop will be available in our proprietary Baked Orange and Rusted Plum Finish. The Baked Orange finish was created to complement Russian bakelite magazines, which come in a variety of red, orange, and brown hues. Alternatively, our Rusted Plum finish was created to complement Russian plum magazines and features a deep purple hue. 

At JMAC Customs, we strive to design and manufacture a variety of products for your Kalashnikov pattern firearm that not only look great, but also improve the overall function. As much as we love modernized AKs, we still have a soft spot in our hearts for the classics, which is what initially inspired us to create our Combloc Division line of products. 

Many of the products in our Combloc Division are faithful recreations of difficult-to-find or never-available parts and accessories from the past. After the initial success of our Combloc Division parts and accessories, we decided to include combloc inspired versions of our modernized parts and accessories, such as the PG-AK Pistol Grip and our TAB-MLOK handstop.
