Job Description: Brand Marketing Strategist - JMac Customs

JMac Customs is a leading designer and manufacturer of high-end firearm components. We are currently seeking a highly professional and self-motivated individual to join our team as a 1099 contractor. This is a remote position with occasional event travel. As a contractor, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team and contribute to the growth and success of our brand in the firearms industry.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Direction: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration for our high-end firearm components.
- Project Management: Oversee various marketing and sales projects, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes.
- Influencer Management: Identify and engage with relevant influencers in the firearms industry to promote our products and enhance brand visibility.
- Product Launch Strategy: Define comprehensive strategies for successful product launches, considering market trends and customer needs.
- Content Guidance: Provide guidance and direction to content creators, including our in-house media team, to ensure high-quality and compelling marketing materials specific to our target audience.
- Website Marketing: Maintain and optimize the company website, ensuring consistent branding, clear product information, and engaging user experience.
- Branding and Packaging: Design and standardize product packaging, ensuring a consistent brand image and premium presentation for firearm components.
- Swag Design: Create appealing merchandise such as shirts, patches, stickers, etc., to enhance brand recognition and customer loyalty
- Sales Planning: Define sale dates, discounts, and promotional activities to drive customer engagement and boost sales of our firearm components.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute regular email blasts to engage customers, promote new products, and share industry-related updates.
- Social Media Oversight: Provide guidance and oversight to the social media coordinator, ensuring brand consistency and impactful content tailored to our target audience.
- Sales Opportunities: Identify potential sales opportunities based on market demand, industry events, and customer preferences.
- Event Strategy: Develop and execute effective event sales strategies, including sponsorships, communications, and scheduling, to maximize brand exposure and sales at events.
- Co-Branding Partnerships: Identify and explore co-branding opportunities with other firearm industry companies, establishing mutually beneficial partnerships and collaborations.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Proven experience in marketing luxury or high-end goods, demonstrating a deep understanding of the target audience and effective marketing strategies.
