JMac Customs LLC highly recommends a certified gunsmith complete and test the installation of all JMac parts & accessories.

When using a firearm, it is important to ALWAYS wear Proper Protective Equipment, specifically ballistic rated safety glasses and standard issue shooting gloves. Be aware of others in proximity & ensure they're also wearing PPE. JMac Customs LLC is not liable for injury, damage, or death related to the usage of our products.

  

 

Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us (within 10 days of receiving your purchase) with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of purchase, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If return is eligible & approved, the customer is responsible for shipping fees back to JMac facility as well as a 20% restock fee.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, inspected, & approved, we will send you a refund notification.

Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if our engineering team determines the sku arrived to the end-user defective or damaged.

If you need to make an exchange for the same item, contact us using the Contact Form HERE, for instructions on how to send your item back.

 

Shipping

The customer is responsible for knowing the laws of their state regarding purchases made & shipped from our website.

JMac Customs documents preparation of all packages that leave the facility.

Packages that show GPS delivery to customer‘s location will not be refunded or replaced. 

Upon checkout, the customer is responsible for choosing ROUTE (third party shipping insurance provider). For lost, stolen, or damaged packages with orders NOT selected to be insured by ROUTE, the order is not eligible for refund or replacement. For lost, stolen, or damaged packages with orders selected to be insured by ROUTE, the customer is solely responsible for contacting ROUTE to assist with refund or replacement.

Return Shipping

You (the customer) will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return shipping labels will be provided by JMac Customs to the customer if the item being returned/exchanged is deemed defective or damaged.
