Q. What is the best form of contact?

A. Email is the best form of contact:

We operate in the Eastern Standard Time Zone and do not take calls or emails before 10am, after 5pm, on weekends, holidays, or while on vacation. Phone calls often go unanswered due to the many, "IS THIS ASH FROM YOUTUBE?" calls we receive. This has led to all calls being screened. Leave a detailed voice message or, more preferably, send an email.

 

Q. How do I check the status of my order?

A. Two simple steps: 1) Locate and open the order confirmation email. 2) Click on "View your order."

 

Q. When will my order ship?

A. Our online payment portal takes up to 48hrs to process your payment. Once your payment has been accepted, a shipping label can be generated. Please keep in mind, Ash is ONE person fulfilling hundreds of orders daily (amongst other tasks). When your label is generated, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email.

 

Q. I placed an order, but forgot to add an item. Can you add it for me and charge my card?

A. No. JMac Customs does not have the ability to add items to existing orders or charge your method of payment. You will need to place another order.

 

Q. I placed an order but messed up and need to cancel. Can you help me?

A. Send an email to info@jmac-customs.com immediately. If your order has not been processed, we will cancel your order.

 

Q. I checked out without reviewing my order and I need to cancel an item for a refund. Can you help me?

A. Send an email to info@jmac-customs.com. After 48hours (alloted payment processor time), you'll be refunded for the item you wish to cancel.

 

Q. Do you offer build or gun-smithing services?

A. No. Send an email for recommendations - info@jmac-customs.com

 

Q. Do you sell guns or offer FFL services?

A. No, we do not sell guns or offer FFL services.

 

Q. Do you sell products locally? Can I come visit your shop?

A. No, our products are available for purchase exclusively online.

 

Q. Will "X" product fit my rifle?

A. To confirm if a product will fit your rifle, the answer lies within the product description. You can also check out our Blog Posts.

 

Q. Are you the girl in the videos?

A. Yes!

 

Q. Are you doing another run of JMac AIMR Stocks?

A. No. The JMac AIMR product line was a limited run project & will not be manufactured again. 

 

Q. Do you sell parts kits?

A. No, try online forums, Facebook groups, or gunbroker.com

 

Q. Why do you ship using USPS?

A. USPS offers local pick-up services. USPS priority is FAST, allowing you to get your product in 2-3 business days, therefore we utilize this courier. 

 

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. No.

 

Q. Is JMac Customs LLC a large corporation?

A. JMac Customs LLC is a small U.S. web based business that is owned and operated by husband and wife duo, Justin & Ashley. We design and test our own products and contract local machine shops to help keep jobs in America.
