Understanding our Stock and Brace options!

Our stock and brace options are quickly becoming our best selling products. Check out this video and read below to better understand which one is right for you and what parts you need to install!

Let's start with the most important part of the compatibility process, knowing your firearm and how to install our products.

We currently offer 3 attachment methods:

SM Mounts are the simplest solution, installing directly to your firearm and directly to the stock/brace.

  • Pros - Simple, Clean looking, inexpensive, 2 height options
  • Cons - Doesn't lock when folded, not available for all firearm types

RSA Mounts allow you to install a 1913 style rail on the rear of your firearm.

  • Pros - Allows the installation of most 1913 style stocks/braces, locks folded with 1913 folding mech
  • Cons - A folding mech is still required to install our stocks/braces, more expensive

MRKT Mounts allow you to install directly to our modular kalashnikov trunnions.

  • Pros - Our folding mech (available in the near future) directly attaches to the trunnion
  • Cons - Must have an MRKT trunnion install in your firearm

SS Skeleton stocks are available with or without cheek rise and have 2 QD sockets

  • Pros - Strong, lightweight, aggressive butt blate, 2 QD sling sockets per side, Cheek risers available
  • Cons - Cannot be installed on pistols, fixed length

AB Arm Bars are modular and can be used as a brace or stock!

  • Pros - All metal construction, lightweight, Modular, can be used on pistols with gearhead works tail hook, folding buttplate can be added, 1 QD sling socket
  • Cons - Fixed length

ST is a skeleton version of the M4 Buffer tube and allows you to install M4 stocks or braces

  • Pros - Accepts most M4 stocks/braces, snug fit, 1 QD sling socket per side, shorter and lighter than a standard tube, Adjustable length
  • Cons - some M4 stocks/braces are too wide to allow them to fold completely

Lastly, are the options for our Arm Bars

  • Brace - You need our AB-BA and GearHeadWorks Tailhook (sold seperately)
  • Stock - You need our Folding Buttplate

You can configure either our MRKT Folding Mech OR the SIG folding mech to fold either direction, see the videos below
